Job Overview:

One of our top clients in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Operations Manager to join their healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospital engineering and will be responsible for overseeing various departments, including subcontractors, housekeeping, engineering, security, catering, and more. The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the hospital operations, reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

1. Biomedical Engineering Oversight:

   - Manage and coordinate biomedical engineering activities within the hospital.

   - Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of medical equipment.

2. Subcontractor Management:

   - Oversee and manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring quality service delivery.

   - Collaborate with subcontractors to address issues and optimize performance.

3. Departmental Oversight:

   - Supervise and coordinate activities of various departments, including housekeeping, engineering, security, catering, and others as required.

   - Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.

4. Quality Assurance:

   - Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of service.

   - Conduct regular audits to assess and improve operational efficiency.

5. Reporting and Communication:

   - Provide regular reports to the CEO on operational performance, challenges, and improvements.

   - Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for operational enhancement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Hospital Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in hospital biomedical engineering and operations management.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist or Consultant Psychiatrist to join our prestigious client, a leading private hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of their medical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychiatric care to a diverse patient population.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and provide expert diagnosis.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, encompassing therapy, medication, and other therapeutic interventions.
  • Monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports.

WORKING CONDITION

  • Working Hours: 48 Hours/Week
  • Working Days: 5-6 Days/Week
  • Shifts: Straight Shifts, including morning and afternoon shifts.
  • Contract Period: Initial 3 Years with the possibility of renewal.
  • Probation Period: A 6-month probationary period to assess fit.
  • Family Contract: The candidate, spouse, and up to 2 children are included.
  • On-Call Duties: On-call responsibilities are distributed among the consultants.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Medical School:  MD, MBBS, MBChB or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
  • Postgraduate Training: Completion of specialty qualification psychiatry  
  • Valid Medical License: Possession of a valid medical license to practice in your home country.
  • Clinical Experience: Not Less Than 2 Years of Clinical Experience post completion of residency   
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Continual awareness of the latest advancements and best practices in the field of psychiatry.

  • Compensation Package: The gross monthly salary is negotiable and varies based on qualifications, years of experience, and clinical privileges.
    NB: This comprehensive package includes the basic salary as well as housing and transportation allowances.
