Our client is one of the leading healthcare institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, renowned for its commitment to excellence in patient care, cutting-edge medical technologies, and adherence to international accreditation standards. With a flagship hospital and a network of affiliated clinics, they are dedicated to delivering superior healthcare services to the Jeddah community.

We are currently hiring a highly qualified and experienced Quality Control Director "Leader" to oversee and manage the quality control processes within our client's hospital and clinic located in Jeddah. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with international accreditation standards, including JCI and Magnet Accreditation, and other accrediting bodies, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and patient safety across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control policies and procedures in alignment with international accreditation standards.
  • Lead the quality control team and provide strategic direction and guidance in all quality-related initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits, assessments, and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads and staff to implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with accrediting bodies and regulatory agencies, ensuring timely submission of required documentation and participation in site visits.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance indicators to track progress and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide training and education to staff on quality control processes, standards, and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, complaints, and incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, developments, and best practices in quality control and accreditation standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
  • Advanced/Master's Degree in Quality Management or Equivalent is a Plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent experience as a Quality Control Director or Manager within an accredited hospital setting.
  • Proven track record of successful accreditation with JCI, Magnet, or similar accrediting bodies.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, tools, and updates.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and drive organizational change.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
