Our client, a renowned private hospital in Riyadh, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Specialist OB/GYN to join their team. This role involves working under the supervision of a Consultant OB/GYN to provide exceptional care in obstetrics and gynecology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in providing comprehensive care to female patients in obstetrics and gynecology, including routine check-ups, prenatal and postnatal care, and gynecological examinations.
- Collaborate with the Consultant OB/GYN to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Support in performing and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds, Pap smears, and other gynecological assessments.
- Provide care during labor and delivery, including monitoring fetal and maternal well-being and assisting with delivery procedures.
- Assist in performing gynecological surgeries and procedures under the guidance of the Consultant.
- Educate patients on reproductive health, prenatal care, family planning, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting patient care and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in obstetrics and gynecology through continuous medical education and professional development.
WORKING CONDITION
- Working Hours: 48 hours per week, Rotating Shifts (Day, Afternoon, Night).
- Contract Period: Initial 2-year contract, renewable upon mutual agreement.
- Probation Period: 6 months.
- Family Contract: Includes candidate, spouse, and up to two children.
EDUCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical School Graduation: Must be a graduate of a recognized medical school accredited by the Medical Council of the country of origin.
- Specialty Training: Must have completed specialty training in Obstetrics & Gynecology, with certification from either Tier 2 or Tier 3 qualifications as recognized by the SCFHS.
- Subspecialty: Any subspecialty qualification is considered an added advantage.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience is required for Tier 3 qualifications, and from 0 to 5 years of professional experience post-certification for Tier 2 qualifications..
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Competitive salary range of SAR 35000 – 50,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and clinical/surgical expertise.
