Our client, a prestigious private hospital in Riyadh, is renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Anesthesiologist to join their esteemed team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in administering anesthesia and monitoring patients before, during, and after surgical and medical procedures.
- Collaborate with the Consultant Anesthesiologist to develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.
- Support in providing pain management services, including the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions.
- Perform routine pain management procedures under the guidance of the Consultant.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and physiological responses during procedures, making adjustments to anesthesia levels as needed.
- Ensure the proper functioning and safety of anesthesia equipment and medications.
- Educate patients and their families about anesthesia and pain management options, risks, and post-procedure care.
- Participate in pain management clinics and multidisciplinary pain management programs as directed by the Consultant.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in anesthesiology and pain management through continuous medical education.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting anesthesia care and pain management interventions in compliance with regulatory standards.
WORKING CONDITION
- Working Hours: 48 hours per week, Rotating Shifts (Day, Afternoon, Night).
- Contract Period: Initial 2-year contract, renewable upon mutual agreement.
- Probation Period: 6 months.
- Family Contract: Includes candidate, spouse, and up to two children.
EDUCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical School Graduation: Must be a graduate of a recognized medical school accredited by the Medical Council of the country of origin.
- Specialty Training: Must have completed specialty training in Anesthesiology, with certification from either Tier 2 or Tier 3 qualifications as recognized by the SCFHS.
- Subspecialty: Any subspecialty qualification is considered an added advantage.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience is required for Tier 3 qualifications, and from 0 to 5 years of professional experience post-certification for Tier 2 qualifications..
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Competitive salary range of SAR 35000 – 50,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and clinical/surgical expertise.
