Our client, a prestigious private hospital in Riyadh, is renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant ENT to join their esteemed team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders, including hearing loss, sinusitis, tonsillitis, and nasal polyps.
- Perform diagnostic procedures, such as endoscopy, audiometry, and imaging studies, to assess the extent and severity of ENT conditions.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions and diseases, including infections, tumors, and congenital abnormalities.
- Provide medical and surgical management for conditions such as chronic ear infections, deviated septum, and vocal cord disorders.
- Perform surgical procedures, including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, and tympanoplasty, to improve or restore function.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and lifestyle modifications to manage symptoms and promote healing.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as audiologists, speech therapists, and oncologists, to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Educate patients and their families about ENT conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Stay updated on advancements in ENT diagnosis and treatment through continuing medical education, research, and professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documentation, and patient charts in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
WORKING CONDITION
- Working Hours: 48 hours per week, with flexible straight shifts (daytime and afternoon).
- Contract Period: Initial 2-year contract, renewable upon mutual agreement.
- Probation Period: 6 months.
- Family Contract: Includes candidate, spouse, and up to two children.
EDUCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical School Graduation: Must be a graduate of a recognized medical school accredited by the Medical Council of the country of origin.
- Specialty Training: Must have successfully completed specialty training in Otorhinolaryngology, with certification from either Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualifications as recognized by the SCFHS.
- Subspecialty: Any subspecialty qualification is considered an added advantage.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for Tier 1 qualifications, and at least 5 years of professional experience post-certification for Tier 2 qualifications.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Competitive salary range of SAR 55,000 – 75,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and clinical/surgical expertise.
