Our client, a prestigious private hospital in Riyadh, is renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join their esteemed team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct patient consultations to assess and discuss their surgical and non-surgical needs.
- Perform a variety of plastic surgery procedures, including but not limited to reconstructive surgeries, cosmetic enhancements, and corrective surgeries.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and medical history.
- Ensure all surgical procedures are carried out with the highest standards of safety and care.
- Monitor patients’ post-operative recovery and manage any complications or follow-up care as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients on pre and post-operative care, as well as lifestyle adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training activities.
WORKING CONDITION
- Working Hours: 48 hours per week, with flexible straight shifts (daytime and afternoon shifts).
- Contract Period: Initial 2-year contract, renewable upon mutual agreement.
- Probation Period: 6 months.
- Family Contract: Includes candidate, spouse, and up to two children.
EDUCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical School Graduation: Must be a graduate of a recognized medical school accredited by the Medical Council of the country of origin.
- Specialty Training: Must have successfully completed specialty training in Plastic Surgery, with certification from either Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualifications as recognized by the SCFHS.
- Subspecialty: Any subspecialty qualification is considered an added advantage.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for Tier 1 qualifications, and at least 5 years of professional experience post-certification for Tier 2 qualifications.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Competitive salary range of SAR 60,000 – 80,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and clinical/surgical expertise.
