Our client, a prestigious private hospital in Riyadh, is renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Pediatrics to join their esteemed team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of pediatric patients to determine their health status and needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Educate patients and their families on preventive healthcare measures, treatment options, and follow-up care.
- Participate in medical rounds, case conferences, and educational activities to enhance patient care and professional development.
- Supervise and train junior medical staff, residents, and interns in pediatric care practices and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient medical records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and guidelines in pediatric medicine and subspecialties.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects to advance pediatric healthcare practices.
WORKING CONDITION
- Working Hours: 48 hours per week, with flexible straight shifts (daytime and afternoon).
- Contract Period: Initial 2-year contract, renewable upon mutual agreement.
- Probation Period: 6 months.
- Family Contract: Includes candidate, spouse, and up to two children.
EDUCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical School Graduation: Must be a graduate of a recognized medical school accredited by the Medical Council of the country of origin.
- Specialty Training: Must have successfully completed specialty training in Pediatrics, with certification from either Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualifications as recognized by the SCFHS.
- Subspecialty: Any subspecialty qualification is considered an added advantage.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for Tier 1 qualifications, and at least 5 years of professional experience post-certification for Tier 2 qualifications.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Competitive salary range of SAR 50,000 – 70,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and clinical/surgical expertise.
