Our client, a prestigious private hospital in Riyadh, is renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Western-trained Consultant in Internal Medicine to join their esteemed team.

  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions, including but not limited to cardiovascular diseases, respiratory disorders, gastrointestinal issues, and endocrine disorders.
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical histories to assess patients’ health status and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, imaging studies, and electrocardiograms, to aid in the diagnosis and monitoring of patients’ conditions.
  • Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies to alleviate symptoms, manage chronic conditions, and promote overall health and well-being.
  • Provide comprehensive patient education on disease prevention, medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and self-care practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
  • Monitor patients’ progress and response to treatment, adjusting management plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Participate in medical rounds, case conferences, and peer review activities to enhance clinical knowledge and practice.
  • Stay updated with advancements in internal medicine through continuing medical education, research, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documentation, and patient charts in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.


  • Working Hours: 48 hours per week, with flexible straight shifts (daytime and afternoon).
  • Contract Period: Initial 2-year contract, renewable upon mutual agreement.
  • Probation Period: 6 months.
  • Family Contract: Includes candidate, spouse, and up to two children.


  1. Graduation from a recognized medical school accredited by the Medical Council of the country of origin.
  2. Certification by the American Board, Canadian Board, or CCT or CCST from the UK in Internal Medicine
  3. Minimum of 3 years of post-certification experience.


  • Competitive salary range of SAR 55,000 – 65,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and clinical/surgical expertise.
  • Housing or housing allowance provided.
  • Transportation or transportation allowance provided.
  • Child education allowance covering up to two children aged 6 to 18 (if available and within Riyadh).
  • Annual air tickets for employee and authorized dependents.
  • Health care insurance for employee and authorized dependents.
  • 30 days of annual vacation leave.
