Our client, a prestigious private hospital in Riyadh, is renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Medicine to join their esteemed team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide immediate and effective medical care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.
- Lead the emergency department team in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients.
- Perform advanced life-saving procedures and interventions as required.
- Coordinate patient care with other hospital departments to ensure comprehensive and seamless treatment.
- Supervise and train junior medical staff and emergency department personnel.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation.
- Develop and implement protocols and guidelines to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous enhancement of emergency services.
- Engage in professional development activities to stay current with advancements in emergency medicine.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide clear information and support.
WORKING CONDITION
- Working Hours: 48 hours per week, with flexible straight shifts (daytime and night shifts).
- Contract Period: Initial 2-year contract, renewable upon mutual agreement.
- Probation Period: 6 months.
- Family Contract: Includes candidate, spouse, and up to two children.
EDUCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical School Graduation: Must be a graduate of a recognized medical school accredited by the Medical Council of the country of origin.
- Specialty Training: Must have successfully completed specialty training in Emergency Medicine, with certification from either Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualifications as recognized by the SCFHS.
- Subspecialty: Any subspecialty qualification is considered an added advantage.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for Tier 1 qualifications, and at least 5 years of professional experience post-certification for Tier 2 qualifications.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Competitive salary range of SAR 50,000 – 75,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and clinical/surgical expertise.
