Our client, a prestigious private hospital in Riyadh, is renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Western-trained Consultant Emergency Medicine to join their esteemed team.

  • Provide immediate and effective medical care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.
  • Lead the emergency department team in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients.
  • Perform advanced life-saving procedures and interventions as required.
  • Coordinate patient care with other hospital departments to ensure comprehensive and seamless treatment.
  • Supervise and train junior medical staff and emergency department personnel.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation.
  • Develop and implement protocols and guidelines to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous enhancement of emergency services.
  • Engage in professional development activities to stay current with advancements in emergency medicine.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide clear information and support.


  • Working Hours: 48 hours per week, with flexible straight shifts (daytime and night shifts).
  • Contract Period: Initial 2-year contract, renewable upon mutual agreement.
  • Probation Period: 6 months.
  • Family Contract: Includes candidate, spouse, and up to two children.


  1. Graduation from a recognized medical school accredited by the Medical Council of the country of origin.
  2. Certification by the American Board, Canadian Board, or CCT or CCST from the UK in Emergency Medicine
  3. Minimum of 3 years of post-certification experience.


  • Competitive salary range of SAR 60,000 – 80,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and clinical/surgical expertise.
  • Housing or housing allowance provided.
  • Transportation or transportation allowance provided.
  • Child education allowance covering up to two children aged 6 to 18 (if available and within Riyadh).
  • Annual air tickets for employee and authorized dependents.
  • Health care insurance for employee and authorized dependents.
  • 30 days of annual vacation leave.
