Our client, a prestigious private hospital in Riyadh, is renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Western-trained Consultant Clinical Cardiology to join their esteemed team.

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with cardiovascular diseases, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests, such as electrocardiograms (ECGs), echocardiograms, stress tests, and cardiac catheterizations, to assess cardiac function and diagnose heart conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ diagnoses, medical history, and clinical findings, incorporating evidence-based guidelines and best practices.
  • Manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and valvular heart disease.
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and lifestyle modifications to manage symptoms, prevent disease progression, and improve patients’ quality of life.
  • Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiac procedures, such as cardiac imaging studies (echocardiography, nuclear imaging) and cardiac stress tests, to evaluate cardiac function and assess treatment efficacy.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including cardiac surgeons, interventional cardiologists, and cardiovascular nurses, to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
  • Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health, treatment options, and preventive measures, including diet, exercise, and medication adherence.
  • Stay updated with advancements in cardiology research, technology, and treatment modalities through continuous medical education and professional development.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research projects, and educational activities to enhance patient care and advance the field of clinical cardiology.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting all patient interactions, diagnostic tests, treatments, and follow-up plans in compliance with regulatory standards.


  • Working Hours: 48 hours per week, with flexible straight shifts (daytime and afternoon).
  • Contract Period: Initial 2-year contract, renewable upon mutual agreement.
  • Probation Period: 6 months.
  • Family Contract: Includes candidate, spouse, and up to two children.


  1. Graduation from a recognized medical school accredited by the Medical Council of the country of origin.
  2. Certification by the American Board, Canadian Board, or CCT or CCST from the UK in Cardiology
  3. Minimum of 3 years of post-certification experience.


  • Competitive salary range of SAR 60,000 – 70,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and clinical/surgical expertise.
  • Housing or housing allowance provided.
  • Transportation or transportation allowance provided.
  • Child education allowance covering up to two children aged 6 to 18 (if available and within Riyadh).
  • Annual air tickets for employee and authorized dependents.
  • Health care insurance for employee and authorized dependents.
  • 30 days of annual vacation leave.
